Senior Web Project Manager, Marketing Specialisation

Mission:
As a senior web project manager within the Client Services Department, I steer many e-business projects and provide strategy, consultancy, progress reporting and follow-up for sites that turn over many millions of GBP's a month. My responsibilities are divided into 3 areas:

1.Customer relationship and customer satisfaction
Make proposals to define and support the interactive communications strategy of my customers, help them roll out their online strategy and manage innovative e-business projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Operational project management
Key objectives: define technical scope, project profitability and support my teams in achieving these goals.

3. New Business Support
Key objectives: produce business strategies that defined creative pitch output and present these to potential clients.

Means:
• Manage daily customer relationship
• Coordinate analysis of client issues
• Produce strategic and marketing recommendations
• Assist my partner in negotiating the development of our accounts
• Manage every stage of the project: briefing, strategic brainstorming, drafting and justifying recommendations, managing the implementation of production activities and results analyses.
• Coordinate animations and online campaigns: SEO, search, E-pub and emailing campaigns
• Head the project team working under my responsibility: designers, developers …
• Follow budget consumption and report about account results. Estimate costs of production and produce quotation, invoicing
• Produce planning and organize the production
• Produce conception and functional specifications
• Ensure quality of every delivery in respect with specifications

Appraisal:
Delivered over a hundred projects with ranging budgets some in the 100's of thousands of pounds for build alone.

Successfully managed the delivery of a Facebook Marketing campaign to launch a new camera for Fuji.

Managed a very profitable outsource project with an Indian based IT company (70% profit margin for the agency)

Mission:
Responsible for managing the outsourced team which delivered 100% of our work.

In addition my role included creating and developing commercial products for our sales team.

Mission:
Consulting with non IT literate teams to identify solutions to their goals.

Code large scale websites on time and to the high standards required.

This role spanned my degree and was part time during term time and full time during the holidays. Once the degree was complete the role became full time.
